The Legal Era has different tiers of fees arrangement facilities, which perfectly suits with the need of our clients and business demand. We determine the fee structure/tier based on nature, urgency of the assignment and choice of client and confirm the same with client. The Legal Era offers capped fee/fixed package covering cost for certain works/pay as you go/hourly arrangement within each tier. Once specific fee is agreed, we send invoice on or before completion of work depending on the volume of work involved. We expect 50% advance payment on professional fees and full payment of cost in case of high volume of work. The details of our fee schedule within tiers are as follows:
PRIORITY TIER
Priority Tier fee schedule is applicable for services involving much delicacy, complexity, time etc. and includes issues with high value and importance which needs greater attention and speedy disposal. Charges for Priority Tier are reasonably higher.
STANDARD TIER
Standard tier is applicable for most legal works. Claim or issues demanding reasonable attention, resources, expertise and time are generally classified as standard.
ECONOMY TIER
Small numbers of legal works are taken at a discounted rate considering relevant factors.
We render Initial Consultancy at no Charge, if client for sure instructs for additional work.
