Salequzzaman was called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, UK in 2013 following successful completion of Bar Professional Training Course from City University London (now City, University of London), UK and LLB (Hons') Degree from the University of Wales, UK in 2012. Prior to that, he obtained his first LLB (Hons’) Degree in 2007 and LLM in 2008 from the University of Rajshahi.

He was enrolled as an Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council in 2009, as an Advocate of the Hon'ble High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2015 and as an Advocate of the Hon'ble Appellate Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2023.

Salequzzaman appears regularly before both the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the subordinate courts and has been dealing with Constitutional matters, Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Taxation, Company, Banking, Admiralty, Property disputes, Public Interest Litigation, Human Rights etc.

Prior to joining THE LEGAL ERA, Salequzzaman worked with a reputed law firm namely Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed & Associates (SIA&A), Dhaka as an Associate for more than 3 years. He gained considerable experience at SIA&A in advising clients, conducting hearing before Courts, providing Company Secretarial Services, conducting due diligence for foreign clients, drafting legal notices & reply, opinion writing, drafting & vetting various agreements, drafting various litigation matters including Writ, Criminal, VAT, Customs, Income Tax Reference, Admiralty, Company, various civil petitions, appeals, applications, plaints etc. At SIA&A, he has had the opportunities to involve with advising reputed and market leading local & international companies/clients and to work with leading international law firms.

Prior to that, he also gained extensive experience in working on Intellectual Property, ICT, Telecommunication, E-Commerce, Technology, Media Entertainment, Defamation, Tax, VAT, Customs, Company& Corporate, Anti Piracy movement, Litigation etc. at a reputed law firm in Bangladesh.

Md. Salequzzaman has been recognized as one of the "Top 100 Legal Falcon" at the Lextalk World's Global Hybrid Conference, 2022 held in Dubai, UAE for his impactful contribution to the Legal Industry and was awarded the prestigious Lex-Falcon Award, 2022.

Fahima is enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate and a regular member of Dhaka Bar Association.

Fahima gained considerable experience in working on corporate and foreign investment matters while working with a reputed law firm namely, Amir&Amir Law Associates, Dhaka in 2013-14. She also gained extensive work experience in corporate, Banking & Financial matters while working for Premier Bank Limited and Mercantile Bank Limited as Executive Officer (Legal) for 8 years.

Fahima also gained experience as researcher during her association with Daffodil International University as Research Associates.

In Chambers, Fahima regularly provides legal opinion on matters relating to telecommunication, intellectual property, Employment, insurance, company law, corporate and regulatory matters, Real Estate & Property, matrimonial issues, drafts legal notices and reply, drafts & vets agreements, and provides corporate secretarial services to corporate clients. She assists with conducting due diligence, FDI & Company set up/Branch and/or representative office set up in Bangladesh and also carry out research and draft various petitions on Writ, Corporate, VAT, Custom, Taxation, Criminal matters etc.
